At Away with Fairys, each piece is handcrafted with care and packed securely before dispatch.
Processing Time Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) We ship within New Zealand via NZ Post. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping We ship internationally via DHL Express. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Australia: 3–5 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Tracking All orders include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
