Refund policy

I am a small business therefore, unfortunatly returns or exchanges are NOT permitted. All sales are final. Insurance is not included in the price of any items and will only be added at the buyers request should the buyer want full protection on their purchase. (you can request this by sending me an email at awaywithfairys@outlook.co.nz

Without insurance, should an item be damaged in transit on its way to you, it is not the responsibility of the shop to replace or refund the price of purchase. 

 Please make sure you read all the details in the listing to make sure that the doll you choose is right for you. If you have any questions about the doll or want to request additional photos, please get intouch BEFORE you make your purchase.

There is absolutely NO recreation or copying of the artists work permitted .

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

At this stage the website is not set up for orders being sent to the EU from this shop.  If you are in the EU and would like a custom doll sculpted for you, please get intouch by sending me an email with what you may have in mind to  awaywithfairys@outlook.co.nz
