Do you create to order?
Yes! I love bringing ideas to life. I do only sculpt in my own signature style but you can chose the type of doll I have sculpted in the past and add your own colors, theme etc. You can contact me and tell me a little about your vision.
How long will my order take to be shipped?
Within New Zealand I use NZ Post and delivery time is 1-3 working days.
For international orders, I use DHL Express for the US and NZ post everywhere else and delivery time is usually around 1-2 weeks.
I send all my parcels with tracking.
Insurance is not included in the price of any items and will only be added at the buyers request should the buyer want full protection on their purchase. (you can request this by sending me an email at awaywithfairys@outlook.co.nz or via the contact button in the main menu.
Without insurance means that should an item be damaged in transit on its way to you, it is not the responsibility of the shop to replace or refund the price of purchase.
How long does it take to process my order before it ships?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each doll comes with a personalised Certificate of Authenticity, lovingly hand-prepared with your chosen name before your order is dispatched.
How do I tell you the name I want on my Certificate of Authenticity?
At checkout, there is an order notes field where you can leave a message for me. Simply pop the name you'd like on your doll's Certificate of Authenticity in there and I'll take care of the rest! ✨
Do you accept returns?
As the majority of my sculpts are custom ordered and sculpted, I do not accept returns.
Do I pay tariffs or duties before you send, or at the border?
No, Once your sculpt arrives at your country, DHL will make contact with you to let you know if there are any tariffs or duties that your country requires before they continue to deliver to your door. If the package is refused by you and it makes its way back to me, I will not refund it, but I can always resend it at your cost.
Do you ship to the European Union (EU)?
At this time, I do not ship to the European Union. Due to EU consumer protection regulations and the PPWR regulations, I am currently unable to offer shipping to EU countries 🥺 Hopefully the requirements become more clear so I can return to sending to the EU. my apologies
