Domestic Orders (New Zealand)
All orders within New Zealand are shipped via NZ Post.
International Shipping
I ship to the USA, Australia, Canada and UK. Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of your order:
- Orders up to $150 NZD are shipped via NZ Post at a flat rate of $45 NZD.
- Orders over $150 NZD are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping costs for these orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your parcel.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Please note that I am legally required to declare the full and accurate value of all items on customs documentation. I am unable to alter or understate the declared value of any parcel, regardless of the reason. I appreciate your understanding.
Insurance is not included in the price of any items and will only be added at the buyers request should the buyer want full protection on their purchase.

Without insurance, should an item be damaged in transit on its way to you, it is not the responsibility of the shop to replace or refund the price of purchase.
